What can I say - another great Amazon find! I suffer from endometriosis, and this portable heater has been an absolute game changer, especially while at work. I'm a nurse in a hospital, constantly on my feet, and this device truly got me through the day. The heat gets wonderfully warm (huge plus) and the battery life lasts much longer than I expected. It auto shuts off and has multiple heat and massage settings - through I personally didn't use the massage function (feels more like a vibration). The adjustable straps keep it securely in place, whether I'm using it on my lower abdomen or my lower back. It worked great for both areas! Bonus: it's compact enough to fit easily in a standard size bag, so it's perfect for travel too. High recommend for anyone dealing with chronic pain, cramps or needing discreet heat relief on the go!!

This is a game changer for my 3 daughters!! This heats up super fast and has a really good charge that lasts for hours. My daughters used to use a heating pad but this is so nice they can walk around with it and even wear it on the go with an oversized shirt or hoodie. Bought one for my youngest daughter who has really bad cramps and she loved it so much her 2 sisters also wanted one lol….bought pink, black and red 👍🏻😀

This product is AWESOME I love it but BEWARE!!!!! It gets super hot no cool down if you put it on 3 like I did thinking it wouldn’t be that hot IT GETS HOT totally worth it and helped my cramps soooo much

The product charged and functioned as described. It has 3 levels of heat and 3 levels of vibration or massage. I've only used level 1 of heat and it does get quite hot, so use it over clothes. I will say turn it off after like 5-10 minutes to let the heated area cool a bit.It doesn't get hot enough to burn but hot enough to let you know it's there; and to ease those achy areas.I usually have it settled on the cramping area of my abdomen that hurts the most and it definitely helps ease it. I alternate every 5-10 minutes turning it on and off, when needed.It's rechargeable and took about 2 hrs or so to fully charge out of the box, like the pamphlet says it will have lights rotating on its face plate while charging and it will stop when it's done.I can walk with it on and also lounge around so it's very convenient and gives comfort while allowing functionality through the day when I use it. (Which is only when needed)The buckle is kinda difficult to unlatch, at least for me, so I measured out the strap and loosened it enough to keep it the same size as my waist and I just slip it on my abdomen like I'm putting on a pair of pants. Just so I don't have to keep fighting with the buckle.Even so, it does its job well so I think it's still worth a shot, if not for the ingenuity of the product than for its functionality.

Ladies, this is great for cramps. At least for me, it works very well, the heat is nice even on the first level. The timer is effective and I will use it so much before battery runs out, which is nice. So it has great durability. I got one for me and after experiencing how good it is I got another for my best friend. Is very light weight, you can travel with the thing anywhere because the size is friendly too.

So my husband previously bought me one as a gift and I have used it for every single cycle I've had since and then some for random aches and pains (thanks fibro). When my son misplaced it, I was devastated. But decided since I was buying another to also get two more for my best friends, including one who has endo. She used it for the first time today immediately after it was delivered and was THRILLED. So this thing is perfect - perfect strong heat on the highest level, and vibration settings. Zero issues or complaints.

I have an electric pad that is much larger so it’s a lot more cozy and targets more areas, but this one is great because I can walk around without being plugged in. The charge isn’t too bad, takes a while to fully charge but it holds its charge. Gets very hot if you need it or lower the temp for a comfortable wear.

It heats up nicely but does not hold its charge well. And unfortunately it does not work while it being charged.
