Seems to do a good job and kept cold from Europe to SE Asia without issue. I've had to show and tell once or twice about it when taking it through security at an airport but I think they've learned now as I've not been asked since.

Perfect to keep insulin cool whilst out and about got the larger size to for travel abroad ( tsa safe )

I used this insulated capsule a few times travelling around the world. It’s great in holding two insulin pens along with the freezer pack. Whilst the pack is freezing I keep the blue canister in the fridge until ready to travel.

The product is functional and good quality but considering it is just a flask with an ice pack it is very expensive. It is also bulky so can’t store much. It did work through security and customs checks at a few airports so it’s good for traveling with.

Sadly this does not fit the new Dupixent pen design. They have made them with a square cap, which makes them no longer fit inside the the bottle.

This is the perfect insulin cooler!! Great for a day at the beach, road trip or flight. Kept my insulin cold past timeline and surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend as this isnt the first insulin cooler I've tried but is only what I'll use now!

Life saver for Travellers with diabetes..it will keep the insulin up to 3 days if kept in AC, or else 48 hrs without any problem..

Was a bit skeptical about this given that nothing has worked for me previously but thought given the good reviews I would give it a chance, it’s not cheap but it absolutely exceeded my expectations and is worth every cent! I was able to fit 2 full size insulin pens & 9 small vials. This kept my insulin cold for over 24 hours I kid you not! For example from 8:30pm flying overseas I arrived at my destination 7:30pm the next day, and couldn’t wait to see if my insulin was still cold and it was! I was so shocked. So light and easy to use. Place the block in the freezer and leave out for 5 minutes before putting into the bottle with insulin. After travelling with diabetes for 8 years now this has been an absolute game changed. Popped in the freezer at all hotels and it worked a treat. Cool insulin & no issues with customs what more could I want? Thank you for creating this product I really wish I knew about this earlier. 10000/10. 💗
