This great, use it with the mineral toothpaste and it removes plaque. However, do not buy it from Amazon, they don’t store it properly. I ordered it twice and they arrived solid and had to returned.

Too expensive for very limited results

Nothing wrong with the oil...I simply didn't like the taste at all. I normally use ordinary organic coconut oil, and reverted to it very quickly.

Pleased with this purchase. Because of it being a little time consuming, I am only using this around every other day but it does leave my mouth feeling much cleaner and teeth appear slightly whiter after use.

The item was delivered literally the next day. U used it straight away and use it once a day for 10-1 5min. After the second day I instantly noticed a difference. The only thing I can say is that you don't get a lot of it. It will literally last me and my partner probably about a week! Also there is no guidance if when to use it I.e before or after brushing your teeth. Good quality product. At first the texture feels a bit strange but by the second use you know what to expect. Highly recommend this product if you don't mind giving up 10-15 min silence to swish it around your mouth!

Keeps your gums fresh, healthy and pain free. A bonus is my teeth are whiter which I had not expected. You have to persevere with pulling oil, use a tiny amount before you eat anything in the morning, start with swirling for 5 minutes and build up to swilling for 20 minutes, once you get the hang of it you will be glad you persevered. I still use a mouth wash after I've cleaned my teeth after breakfast but it a purchased salt wash with coconut, I will never go back to conventional mouth washes. My gum in one spot was always hurting before this and it was my dentist who actually suggested pulling oil.

Me encanta el producto, sus ingredientes y la propiedades que tienen. Deja un aliento fresco y previene la halitosis, pero es frasco que viene es muy pequeñito para mi gusto, y eso que el precio no es barato. es el único pero que le pongo

Egal wie oft ich es versuche, ich schaffe es nicht, das Öl länger als 2 Minuten im Mund zu behalten. Schon gar keine 5 oder mehr, wie gefordert. Irgendetwas an dem Geschmack löst bei mir Brechreiz aus. Das Design ist prima, die Vepackung eigentlich auch, leider ist die Flasche dadurch aber nicht 100% dicht, es gab Ölflecken im Paket. Vermutlich wurde sie deswegen (eventuell durch Amazon) nochmal in Polsterfolie gepackt. Damit verliert das Produkt zusätzlich zum Geschmack nochmal richtig an Reiz, denn das Motiv war ja gerade kein Plastik zu erwerben.
