A great product backed with excellent customer-service
The media could not be loaded. I usually don't give 5-star reviews, but the overall product and in addition to the excellent customer service...it deserves 5 stars. I won't go into the detail of the actual device, as the details/features/specifications of the device itself can be known by referencing the main product page (where it has the option in which you can add the product to your Amazon cart). Long story short - I've been holding back from adding my car brand's logo to the device (so my car logo displays when the device boots up) since I thought it would be complicated and that customer service would be a hassle to deal with; turns out I was wrong with both - it ended up not only being an easy process, but customer service was great to deal with. So, when I decided to finally want to add my car's logo into the device, I emailed customer support explaining that I wanted to add my car brand's logo so that it displays when the device boots up. I sent the email, and I received an email within 24hrs. The 1st email requested me to take a screenshot, showing my order number (which is reasonable to ask as proof of purchase). After replying to their email, I received a reply back within the next day. Within that email, they asked me what car brand or logo I wanted to display when the device boots up (I could pretty much have requested any logo); they also offered to use an image that they already have of my car brand, but I still emailed them my desired logo of my car brand. Once I replied to their email with an attachment of my desired car logo, I received the 3rd email within the next business day with the instructions needed to add the car logo onto the device; they also formatted the photo to the exact fitment for the device (which ended up fitting perfectly with no lost in resolution). I followed the instructions, and it took me about 5 minutes to complete. Once completed, I turned the device on and when it booted up, my car logo would appear perfectly. No lost in pixels; no unwanted borders; everything looked legit. I wanted the device to seem that it was built in into the car, and having my car logo display every time the device boots up, is satisfying to see. It really looks OEM as if it originally was built into the car (this was the look that I was going for).For details/features/specifications of the device itself, please refer to the page in which you can add the device to your Amazon cart. Regarding my experience with the device itself - it has been solid and reliable. It appears to be well-built and not cheaply made. User interface and software is great; no glitches or major lag. However, there is a slight lag when putting my car in reverse and it usually takes about 2-3 seconds for the backup camera to initiate/display, but it's not really a deal breaker. Other than that, bluetooth connection from the device to the phone, then to my car's speaker system is fluid. It works almost 100% of the time with no connectivity issues. I can say that both the device and its software has been superior and reliable. For the overall user interface and switching between apps, it's surprisingly fast switching/swiping from app to app; it's fluid with minimal to no lag. I haven't ran into any issues with the device and/or software; everything works as it should. Below are just a few pros and cons that I've noticed during my ownership of the device.Pros:-Surprisingly amazing camera/video quality (even at night)-Great user interface quality (no pixelation and clean user layout with multiple layouts to choose from)-Minimal to no lag when switching between different apps/commands-Carplay (Apple iOS) and Android auto (Android) compatible-Bluetooth connectivity is reliable and fast-64G TF card included-Many basic/advance features (refer to product description and details)-Excellent customer service (responsive and professional)Cons:-Mounting bracket/base is awkwardly and unnecessarily bulky-Rotating screw to mount the base is very specific to the unit, thus making it hard to modify if needed-Unnecessarily bulky power adapter (could simply use a regular male/female USB-C)As mentioned in the very beginning - I rarely give 5-star reviews, but given that I don't really see/have any issues with the device + the excellent customer service, I don't find a reason why not to give it 5 stars.Hope you all find this review helpful and helps you decide whether to buy or skip getting this product.

Cannot get it to work ..
I purchased this based on great reviews and folks saying “great customer support,” but I cannot get it to show CarPlay at all, and I can’t seem to find any phone numbers for customer support. How are you folks contacting CS for help? Geesh.. so frustrating.UPDATE: Support is only offered through FB messages or email, and responses are unreasonably delayed. It took over 4 hours for them to respond to my help request, and by then, it was late at night and the car was no longer accessible to me to troubleshoot. If I could provide zero starts here, I would.UPDATE2: Day3 of them not returning email or FB messages asking for support. I’ve sent pictures and detailed text describing the situation. Crickets. I wish I hadn’t waited past the return window….

Nice Product - Satisfied Customer So Far
I received this product last week and so far, I am satisfied with the quality, ease of installation, and usefulness of the product. Installation of the main unit was simple and straightforward. It linked with my iPhone without a problem. The only tricky part was the installation of the rearview camera due to the wiring. While the manual had easy to use instructions in general, I wish there was more guidance related to the installation of the rear camera. Fortunately, I was able to find videos online which described the process in more detail. I wish the manufacturer had more online resources dealing with the installation. I like the quality of the image, especially the camera views. One positive detail that I did not see advertised is that the front camera telescopes, so that made it possible for me to install the DVR below the top of the dashboard and still be able to see the image of the traffic in front of my car. I didn't have to put the DVR on top of the dashboard. Customer service was prompt and helpful when I asked for instructions on how to personalize my boot screen. It now shows the Acura logo, which adds a nice touch to the display. Also, the wide screen has a lot of room to see different apps at the same time. The DVR has a lot of customizable menus which helps to get the unit operating to one's liking. So far, I am satisfied with the DVR. Let's hope it lasts.
