Presented in a clear polythene bag 3 x 70ml green and yellow tubes of Dermatonics heel balm for very dry cracked feet.I have never heard of this make of cream before, I have tried lot of creams on my cracked heels and dry feet and had no relief , I swim 4 times a week so I think the chlorine drys my feet out, so I hoped this one might help especially as it says podiatrist recommended and it also says that visible results in 1 day and that there is a money back guarantee if it doesn’t work.I like the fact that that there is manuka honey in it as honey and especially manuka honey is good for all sorts of things.The cream is smooth and white and has a slight sweetish no unpleasant fragrance and it says that it is made with natural ingredients and rubs in nicely too.It also says you can use this on dry elbows.There is definitely an improvement in my feet not completely crack free yet but they are getting there so will carry on using twice a day.

I have tried many heel balms/creams over the years but the Dermatronics one is new to me. I like that it contains Manuka honey which is renowned for its moisturising properties as well as being antiseptic too. I am diabetic so I was pleased to see that it was suitable for me to use, as not all foot creams are.The balm is a blend of both moisturising and exfoliating elements which are designed to help remove dry, hard and thickened skin. The cream is non greasy and absorbs well. I found it generally very effective but it has not healed some deeper fissures in my heels. Having said that, it is still early days so it may do this in time. I could not detect much honey aroma which is a shame as I like the fragrance.Overall, I am pleased with this balm. You get three 70ml tubes in the pack, so the value for money is good. As I say, deeper cracks have still not healed but that is often the case with other heel balms and there are signs of improvement. As an everyday balm it is definitely one of the better ones on the market.

Works really well. Good size bottles and nice consistency. It takes a while to absorb even after rubbing it in for a while. It's slightly greasy. I can feel the difference, my skin is much softer when using this and it has started to heal my cracked feet.

This cream is an absolute godsend! It works so well! It applies really well to my skin and absorbs well. It doesnt feel too greasy and glides on. I apply it before bed and even though i had super dry skin i find that even over a few days it has improved so much. Really good value aswell. Very happy.

This is excellent cream, I'm glad I tried it!I'm going to Egypt in 3 weeks, so needed something to help with my cracked heels and tired looking feet, and this cream really helps. It hasn't got rid of the problem area 100%, but it is significantly improved.It's quite thick but isn't too greasy, and it does absorb pretty quickly. I might try putting it on overnight with some socks; I'm sure the result would be even better.A good price I think for three bottles, as they should last me quite a while. And the scent is nice too :)
