This kinesiology tape is strong, flexible, and sticks really well without irritating my skin. I originally bought it for workouts, but I actually use it when I want to go braless too — it gives light lift and support and stays in place all day. The uncut rolls are great because you can customize the length and shape you need, whether for muscle support or clothing hacks. No peeling, no residue, and it holds up even in heat and through many showers !

The material this tape is made of is a bit lighter than the previous brands I've used, which made it easier to wrinkle as I applied it. It worked as designed but the support didn't feel quite as strong and it didn't stay on as long. But at such a reasonable price point I can't complain too much. Still, I think 4 stars is about as high as I can rate this tape.

Great kinesio tape I've used others that are very expensive and this works better and it's way more affordable. Highly recommend.

I stand all day on concrete floors and my feet are in a lot of pain. I use this tape daily and it does work well. The only draw back is the adhesive is super strong so you have to remove slowly. I have reordered this tape several times. Great value.

I use this for my DeQuervains tendinitis. Seems to work better than either of my 2 splints. Stays on like a champ even when wet from dishwashing etc. I try to keep it dry but, you know - life. I tried another supposedly hypo allergenic kinesiology tape but it shredded at the edges really bad. This one definitely will make it 48 hrs. I don’t keep it on that long. I’m a tiny bit sensitive to adhesives so I take it off after 24 hrs & give my skin a rest.

This isn’t a terrible product but it had a few key things that I personally did not like. You have to cut it yourself, which can be nice but can also be a pain when you don’t have something handy to cut it and you have to stop and go hunt down scissors. The tape has great glue!! With this being said, it was so good that it stayed on for almost a week and I finally went to rip it off and ended up bruising the inside of my legs when I did. My groin was already sore and this did make the pain worse and not better. I would not suggest taking it off wet; I thought this might help with loosening the tape but it made it worse in taking it off. I like that it was cheaper but you do get what you pay for sometimes. I like the convenience of KT tape brand with precut pieces, just wish the glue on that tape was a little stronger. I’ll keep looking for another option though.

This has worked wonders on my shoulder. I’m a softball player and I’m able to play tournaments without shoulder pain!

Dura de 4 a 5 días adherida a la piel sin mayor problema; el único pero que le encuentro que al retirarla la piel queda muy manchada del adhesivo que trae consigo la cinta, por lo tanto no la recomiendo.

I am satisfied. It holds well even after a shower and after swimming in the sea.
