I’m not sure but the capsules seem very different I liked the smaller softer pills this is my third bottle and this one is my first of the longer plastic capsules I prefer the oval shaped pills I could be wrong these ones are probably more effective I’m unsure but I don’t understand why these are different than my last couple orders!

I don't know I don't feel any different but I don't feel any worse. So I guess that's good. I got to ask my doctor if he thinks this is worth it or he thinks it's a bunch of crap. Either way it's worth the risk of feeling better.
