Excellent quality.
This has a great taste. Not too spicy just has a smoky taste. Great value for money lovely texture and easy to cut up and use. It has a very long shelf life maybe 3 months. Smells amazing when you cook with it.

This product is made with natural ingredients and does not contain any chemical additives. Took it to the wine tasting dinner and it was highly complemented for its rich and complex flavor. The meat was tender with a perfect balance of salt and spices. The sausage had a slightly smoky taste that added depth to the overall flavor profile. I also appreciated the texture, which was firm but not too chewy. Overall, I highly recommend Iberian pig sausage to anyone looking for a high-quality and delicious charcuterie option. Note: also good for frying and grill.

Way too much fat and gristle and just not enough flavour. Several Spanish version s are better.

I just made a Portuguese stew - “FEIJOADA” and the chorizo and the butter beans are amazing cooked together, the smells took me back to Portugal and value for money!!

Watery in the bag not dry , full of chunks of gristle and fat nothing nice about it, so unpleasant the cat wouldn't touch it either and she will literally eat anything ! Went in the bin. Waste of money.

Quand j’écoute les commentaires comme quoi chorizo et pleins de graisse non ?, Il y a une petite noisette de graisse au milieu de très bonnes saveurs et de très bonnes qualités, tout comme un bonjour Réseau, ou un bon saucisson, ce qui permet d’avoir une viande, pas du tout sèche et nourri dans la graisse,entouré d’une bonne petite Viande, qui ne sent pas le porc fermenté , bien épicé, sans surplus , bin moi j’ai bien aimé ! Après tout dépend comment on cuisine c’est toujours pareil

Squisito. Eccezionale. Consiglio di non mangiarlo subito, ma di toglierlo dalla confezione, avvolgerlo in fogli di carta da cucina (scottex per intenderci) e lasciarlo riposare per un settimana in una dispensa. Assolutamente non in frigo.
