The pan baked the crust evenly. I followed directions and coated with oil before first use. It was perfect. For the second time, I did not oil the pan. My tart stuck to the bottom and was impossible to get off the pan. I will oil the pan next time.

I have a bakery and had a customer request some fruit tarts, so off to Amazon I went to find some decent pans. These were inexpensive and I wasn't sure how often I would need them, so I figured they were worth the gamble. Turns out they are a great quality! I expected they would be a flimsy metal, but they are made from a good, quality material. I have now made two batches with the pans and have yet to have a problem. Perfect for a deep dish quiche! Just used this and it worked perfectly. Easy to separate after the quiche was cool and very nice even browning on the crust. No issues with gaps or leaks. Highly recommend.

The cups are great. What ever you cook in them come out good. Clean up very easy
