The product looked very good, and value for money. But unfortunately, my ageing cat, didn't take to it at all!

First renal food our cat has ever eaten, she won't even look at the wet food but can't get enough of this. I mixed it into a bowl with her Iams biscuits expecting 2 weeks of a grumpy/hungry cat and the inevitable failure....she's completely switched to these now. I'm writing this review because she has chronic Renal failure, 10 minutes ago she walked up to me and started bugging me, I stood up and she led me to her bowl, put some biscuits in and she's munching away. If your cat has chronic Renal failure try these, I'd also highly recommend a heat mat for night times, we've got a much happier Cat 😻

This product was bought for my 6 year old maine coon cat, Bonnie. She was diagnosed with kidney problems about 2 years ago and the vet said to try this product. We save about £15 by ordering the 4kg bags from Amazon, rather than driving to the vets for smaller bags. We have 2 Maine Coons, and the other cat likes it too!

It is not me that loves it but my elderly cat. He eats this in preference to all other biscuits. Even eats some when real fresh meat is offered. Vet recommended for cat with high blood pressure.

Dogs love this food. It is more expensive than the previous good but they haven't had as much per meal as It has a higher meat content. Would highly recommend.

Small biscuits, easy for my (toothless) cat to eat and enjoy. Convenient and no waste, as cat approves.

Das Futter wurde vom Tierarzt empfohlen es bekommt der Katze gut und nach einer Eingewöhnungszeit hat alles gekjappt.Ich bin sehr zu frieden.

Vor 12 Jahren erkrankte mein damals 2 jähriger Kater an CNI. Auf Empfehlung der Tierärztin habe ich sofort auf Renal Feline Trockenfutter ( er nahm noch nie Nassfutter) umgestellt. Die Werte wurden besser, aber das Phosphat im Blut blieb hoch. Deshalb auf RF 23 gewechselt. Mit gutem Erfolg, dem Tier geht es seitdem gut , alle Nierenwerte sind für seine Verhältnisse "optimal" , vor allem konstant. Auch wurde empfohlen ,täglich 0,65 mg Vasotop zu verabreichen, damit der Blutdruck nicht steigt und damit kein zusätzliches Problem entsteht. Denn hoher Blutdruck schädigt die Nieren ebenfalls. Mit 14 Jahren ist mein Kater fit und sowohl die Tierärztin, als auch ich froh und glücklich, dass es ihm gut geht, er einen gesunden Eindruck macht. Ich habe auch nie Experimente mit anderem Diätfutter gemacht , es gab keinen Grund.
