the instructions seemed detailed and well written - the challenge was figuring out how the well-labeled wires on the new switch connected to the not well labeled ones in my older home! But it's all installed now by someone who knows better than me and I have it configured just how I want - it doesn't turn on automatically (I don't want blinding light on a midnight toilet visit) but it does turn off both the fan and the light after a set time - I chose 30 mins for the fan and I think the light is set to 10 mins of inactivity. I'm satisified. You need to buy your own switchplate, which may be the norm, but I forgot.

Bathroom light and fan switch
Picked this up for in the bathroom to eliminate a switch for a fan and lights because I wanted to add another outlet in the bathroom. I have had it in place for quite awhile and so far it works great. If you take excessive long showers the light may turn off on you! I haven't tried tweaking the timer settings on it for the auto shut off since it isn't terrible. Overall i have no complaints. It is very nice if you wake up at night and walk into the bathroom when the lights come on automatically.

Good Combo Light/Fan Switch with Timer and Motion Detection.
I have a combination fan/light in a bathroom. The builder wired the power for the fan and light together to one switch. This device allows separate use of the light and fan and adds timers for both. It's also nice to have the light come on automatically when i walk into the room at night. It doesn't connect to a home network, which is good.

You can use it for 2 different lights and a fan if you wire it correctly, very nice hope it lasts

Excellent product
Leviton reliability and simplicity. Easy install, straightforward programming. Light is sensor-operated, fan is manual with auto-shutoff.

odd feature
purchased two of these switches, both wired with neutral and ground. Both, when the fan times off, the light turns on. Sent tech support the question, but no response.

Terrible condition. Worse frayed and packaging torn. Awful.
