Effective with a minimum of bulk under clothing.I wore the prior design supporters which were wider and composed of fabris in addition to elastic material.They added girth to my waist. Ugh.This girdle is minimal yet effective.I typically wear it all day, take it off overnight.Seems to be wearing well; no noticeable wear-out at this point.

It fulfills its function, the fabric may become a little rough the first few times but after the first wash it fits better. The adjustment system is really very good, it doesn't take off at any time

Don't worry about it coming off. You might want to be sure someone else is around when you try to remove it. I have lots of experience with velcro, but this is "iron velcro" ! It took me three tries. I thought I was going to have to cut it off!

This belt is easy to wear. With its little attached foam disc, it gives pin point comfort. It's so light, you might feel it's a bit chintzy and not substantial. I didn't feel that way at all. It's quite effective and supports nicely.
