This is my second one...makes your skin look fresher and helps reduce blackness under the eyes ...absolutely love it...

Started to use this straightaway as I had dropped the first one I bought 2 years ago and the glass shattered. No-one from Dermawand got back to me with regard to a repair so I bought a new one. It definitely works on the eye lift. I must have been using the first one incorrectly because having used the second one, my face felt a lot tighter and uplifted. I think it does work on toning the muscles, nose to mouth folds and jowls but don't think it makes any difference to facial lines. I will continue to use it as a precautionary measure and investment to any more lines developing.

It's perfect, I would have liked the cable to be a bit longer , and for it to have a on and off switch, I was a bit shocked at when I plugged it in it instantly came on. I love it it's very smooth and easy to glide over the skin.

It is the third one the lady of the house has had over a three years period. They tend to burn themselves out.

My last dermawand broke just days after the warranty ran out. I was so mad and didn’t want to pay full price for another one. Then I found this one at a much reduced price and went for it. Much smaller than my old model and 50% stronger so overall I am extremely happy

Returned the day after purchasing having read the alarming instruction manual supplied with the long list of warnings featured including risk of electrocution, burns, fire & injury (see photo) which unsettled me instantly as I bought this to improve the appearance of my skin not make it worse & risk death in the process! I only tested it on the back of my hand on the lowest setting as suggested in the instructions & could feel & hear the uncomfortable electric shock sensation that it provides before the device had even made direct contact with my skin, I knew I couldn’t face this as a daily regime regardless of the results it may provide, it also stated in the manual that for best results you should use it 3 times per day! I couldn’t stand to use it once per week let alone 3 times per day so it’s not for me, I consider myself to have a reasonably high pain tolerance level, I can regularly tolerate micro needling & epilation, I’m not sure if you actually build up a tolerance to this in order to actually continue to use this device, I had hoped this would be an effective & affordable alternative home solution to having repeated Botox treatments but having tried this & a couple of other home radio frequency devices I’d rather just pay for professional botox instead. Even if I had been able to tolerate the discomfort & possible other health hazards that come with using this device I’m really looking for a beauty treatment that I can do once per week rather than a new daily routine which I simply don’t have the time to implement. I can’t speak for the results it may provide as I haven’t used it 3 times per day as it doesn’t feel safe enough for me to actually use once.

Got this Derma wand & the low to high twist currency level is on the back. it has a small cover on the face end. you need an adapter (well I did) toothbrush adapter plug. its better with cream, as the charge even on low is quite high. But with cream to help the product work better, its fine. it seams to be working but time will tell. you have to be using this min three times a week to see any benefit. not the cheapest, as there are cheaper products out there that do the same job & color codes lights for whatever you need to treat. this however does not.
