Very nice quality, so far so good build and sturdy, overall good starter rc car

The k5 is awesome. The looks are absolutely killer. It is so realistic. I bought at the same time as a trx4m. The stock tires are trash but everything else is great out the box. Good ground clearance, good speed high and low, good radio that feels nice in the hand. There are not as many aftermarket parts as a trx but maybe because you don't need them. It already works great.

I love my k5 Blazer, I love all of FMS RC’s this little Truck is Fast, and has the control to be slow & crawl, it also has the capability to be modded, and comes with some mods in the box with the purchase! You won’t be disappointed with this purchase I promise!

Amazing truck. Only downfall is the camper shell doesn’t come off without cutting it. Why does it come with a roll bar then? Good truck though. Top heavy and doesn’t come with the oil shock upgrade. Other than that great truck. If you want a great crawler buy FMS. Axial fails the QC. I bought 2 and both esc’s failed out of the box. FMS is amazing and has great quality.

Kids love it easy to upgrade and cheaper then the bigger 1/10 builds perfect for kids 2 and up i would say.

Ours didn't even work for a year. Won't turn on even on full charge. Lights stopped working first, then the rest. My 13 year old was pretty disappointed at how quickly it stopped working, especially for the cost. He's had multiple RC cars and trucks, but the 30$ ones just didn't last, so we went with this one hoping for better quality. He never drove it through water or mud.

Whoever was in charge of making this model must have told their team "we don't release it unless it fits what the people really want." Only good way to explain it is that everything is just right. Low gear, perfect speed for obstacles and crawling. High gear, just the right speed for hills and roads without being too fast to control. Headlights, bright enough to be prefect for scale but not too bright. If you have to find a complaint it's that the battery does run out a little fast, but with multiple batteries it's not an issue. Highly recommend this truck.

The pros; -Good ground clearance -Solid built unit -Speed -Lights - Exceptonaly long reciver range for the scale provided and for indoor usage. -Long battry operating cycle. The cons; -Hard to run stright need constant correction unless you make the necessary calibration wich is explained to smoe extent in the owners manual, I would personally resort to youtube as it explaines it clearly and strightforward. -The Reciver "ON" botton was very hard to locat in the RC unit, actually I already made a return request and printed the lable and all.. untill I found out from a YouTube video that its actually a thing 😂 -Have accessive grip. Dosent skid. -Easy to flip over unless you buy and install monster truck tires to have it planted. -The transmitter could have been better designed, especially the accelerator and reverse paddle location. -I was furious when I know it didnt have a chime. **update Unfortunatly after minor adjustment and install of aftermarket motor, shocks and tires (nothing creazy type-of-hobby-grade-mode) wich is the whole point of getting a hobby grade RC Car.. Now the car goes less than half the top spead.. second gear completely failed and only one gear is working now.. for paying so much wich worked for so little amount of time.. this is a complete rep off and hox.. speand your hard earned money elsewhere and dont get tempted..
