I tried these to compare to another big name-brand that has the exact same ingredients and somehow this brand, while less expensive, does not work. The sticky adhesive starts to lift up even though it’s placed on clean, dry skin. Tested these in different locations such as my wrist, shoulder, hip, etc. No difference was made when placing in different locations. I switched back to the more pricey and known brand name and could almost immediately feel the effects, so this one will be going in the trash. I’ve even tried doubling up on the stickers and still no change.

First I wanted to state that you receive 36 patches, six patches per sheet with each sheet individually sealed. The individually packaged sheets are great if you are going away and want to bring them with you on your trip. The price of these patches was under $20 so I think the price is very reasonable for 6 weeks of patches. The firming patches were easy to use, you apply the patch to your stomach in the morning making sure you after applying the patch you drink 17 ounces of water.. After six hours just peel it off and wash the area with warm soapy water to remove any adhesive that may still be on your skin. I used the patches for 7 days, during those 7 days I did feel more energy especially on the day I went to bed late and had to wake up early. I also did notice that it helped with bloating which is something I struggle with even when it's not my time of the month. The only reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 firming. I was a little disappointed I did not notice any skin firming, especially in my problem area which is my abdomen.
