item is really good. works fine. just the issue with the free sipper bottle is, the plastic is not scratch resistant & doesnt have water markings to fill water (to measure the ml of water). Rest all good

Bad taste and smell
After MB replaced the powder satchet electrolytes with these tablets, I had no other option but to buy these. The powder electrolytes were good, albeit very sweet. These tablets dissolve quickly in water but have a very pungent medicated smell to it, even the taste is no where close to lemony. I have doubts about its effectiveness, usually electrolytes prevent/reduce muscle fatigue and promote faster recovery time atleast for me. But these tablets don't seem to be having any effect whatsoever in recovery or tiredness. Instead go for salt tablets if you are an athlete.
