Hatchwells Ear Plucking Powder 90g

This product does exactly what it said.

I see a lot of videos of this stuff where owners are pouring it into the ear. I don’t do this as I worry about adding powder into the ear canal and causing issues. I simply dip my finger tips into the powder and pluck. It gives good grip and the hair comes away very easily. It is not a fun job but I am hopeful plucking will keep her ears free of knots, wax and dirt.

I bought this for poodles ears to pluck out the hairs. Unfortunately I was totally ripped off, being charged £13.85 from this supplier. From other suppliers and direct from the manufacturers (including postage) should be no more than £6.00. Hence I’ll never use this supplier again.... I used an old eyeshadow brush to waft this in the ears before using ear tool to remove the hairs. I did find the dogs weren’t yelping so much and it made it easier to see and grip those fiddly hairs. The result was that my dogs ears looked cleaner and totally hair free. My poodles seemed to be happier after the experience and I think they have benefited from a proper ear clean out. When I received this, I thought it was a fake. The container does not have instructions and the label looks photocopied. I rang the manufacturer’s and checked the barcode etc. before using it..... I believe now it is genuine, but due to the over pricing it made me question the company supplying it.... I have learnt from this mistake..... Never again.... Shop around before purchasing. I would buy the product from elsewhere though......

Amazing product! I plucked my dog's ( maltese) ears for the first time with no issues or effort. It was painless for my dog and super easy for me! I was able to pluck all ear hair with my fingers in less than 5 mins. Very fast delivery too.

Gave this a try but couldnt seem to remove any hair from my poodles ears.I think it's more my technique than the failure of the powder but I returned it.It's a big pot so it would take a long time to use it up if you have one dog.

This feels sort of like chalk but when I put a little at the base of the hairs it just made it so much easier to puck out. I only pluck very little hair at a time but this makes it very easy and quick.

Does exactly what you expect

I've never plucked a poodles ear before. I used this powder in my puppies ears and plucked them painlessly and with ease. I would recommend this product to all poodle owners
