So.I tried the Mary Ruth liquid vitamin for myself and family and wasn't entirely in love but the company was so kind and gave us a refund without even being asked. Unfortunately my son may have had an allergic reaction to the liquid vitamin however I had ordered these gummies before knowing that was going to happen. That being said he has taken these for about a week now and it's the first time EVER he has willingly taken vitamins and not taken forever to chew and swallow them or have not complained. He seems to like the texture, taste, and the fact that they are fairly small. I would say they are easy on the stomach and worth the money you spend!
