This product was a gift to me, so not a lot I can do. The one given to my brother is similarly defunct. Shame it spluttered a couple of times and never worked since. Ridiculous twisty chords means I tipped the reservoir all over bathroom floor too. Was it really this price?!

This model has a 2-3 year life span. They are made so you cant find parts to fix them. The motor actually is very durable its just the plastic pump and parts which needs an upgrade.
