Quartet Glass Whiteboard, Magnetic Dry Erase Board, Wall Mounted Whiteboard for Office, School and Home, 28"W x 50"H, White (Q012850IMW)

This thing is perfect. (1) It looks very nice/professional. (2) The glass surface is superior to a traditional "plastic" whiteboard surface. You can use any whiteboard markers or glassboard markers; it doesn't matter. The surface cleans perfectly every time using a microfiber towel or traditional whiteboard eraser. (3) You can write edge-to-edge, and the slight offset from the wall keeps marker off your wall. (4) The magnetic strength is fine contrary to other reviews. It even includes 2 magnets. (5) Someone also commented negatively on the Quartet trademark in the lower right corner; I think it looks cool. (6) Delivery was very fast even with standard shipping. (7) The 50" x 28" size is nice for a small office. (8) The marker tray is very secure and does NOT fall off contrary to another review. (9) NOTE that the mounting process is excellent but difficult depending on your skill level; i.e., it was easy for me, but some people could not possibly do it; they would have to get help/hire someone. Additionally, the board is heavy and made of glass, so take appropriate safety precautions -- jeans, heavy shoes, safety glasses, gloves, have a 2nd person available (depending on your strength), etc. The "kit" includes a template, multiple "self-drilling" wallboard mounting fasteners & screws and 2 long brackets. You need to have your own level. I also used a rechargeable drill, a narrow drill bit and a screwdriver tip. It takes 45 minutes to install. Also, take some time figuring out the exact height. Suggestion - use some self-adhesive easel pad sheets and markers to figure out your comfortable writing height at the top and the bottom prior to mounting this board. Once you mount it, you will NOT want to move it. Enjoy

My company installed glass white boards in the new office space last year. I loved them there, so when it came time to outfit the home office due to the 'rona, I immediately ordered the same model for the house. The first two boards were damaged during shipping, but Amazon quickly issued a replacement, and the 3rd one got here undamaged. I ordered the 4 x 7 version and it's a two person job to install. You get two mounting tracks and a template that helps with alignment. The kit also come with dry wall anchors, but given the overall size, I used my own screws and attached the track directly to the studs.The surface is glass, and shiny. I agree that the markers don't show up as well on this board as they do on a cheaper plastic laminate dry-erase board. However, the appearance is far superior IMHO, and worth that trade off.The only hiccup was also mentioned by another reviewer: the template is about an 1" off of the actual location of the board. You can tell in the pic. I wanted the board level with the top of the door frame, but ended up 1" high. Not a huge issue, but double check all the measurements if the Z axis position is critical to your install. Overall very happy and love that I have all the space to write notes and such.

I've wanted a minimal looking whiteboard in my office for some time. This one was a cinch to install, cleans very easily, and has a look that blends well into the wall. The magnetic surface is close enough that many types of magnets work.You literally only NEED three tools to install this: a philips head screwdriver, a level, and a hammer. A drill will speed things up a little, but it's not necessary. Simply use the screwdriver and hammer to make pilot holes for the included drywall anchors in your wall, and then install one according to the included paper template and level your bars. Install the rest, and hang it! I'd definitely suggest two people to lift it in place. It's not heavy but a little awkward.A word of caution on the 50x28 board: if you're fitting this into any kind of exact space the board is slightly less than 50" in the width dimension - but tack on in the height.My only beef with this board is the word "Quartet" in the bottom-right corner, but I can live with it.

I really like this board. I had a cheap one prior to getting this glass board and there is a huge difference. The glass board is much more solid and a lot nicer to write on. The cheap board had waves in the white plastic feeling board and was just not a good experience.The mounting system on this board is great. My board did not come with a mounting template so I had to to some measuring. Broke out the laser level and the stud finder and went to work. In the end the board went up no problem and is dead level! Feels very sturdy as well!Might have gone with a bigger board if they decided to offer a portrait layout board instead of the typical landscape layout but this will work well for my home office and notes that I need to take.All in all very pleased. Would order another one in a heartbeat if the need ever came up!

This board looks great, mounts easily, writes great, and erases great. The only thing it doesn't do well is work with most magnetic items. A regular magnet won't stick strongly enough to avoid falling from its surface, you will need accessories with rare earth magnets if you want them to be compatible with this.In and of itself this isn't a huge issue, but they don't clearly specify that limitation and now I have a bunch of stuff I have to return to Amazon because they won't work on this.
