Increases blood circulation at points of contact. Reducing pain.
Feedback regarding my recent order: 5 Star‘’ Just repeated my order for the knee compression sleeves, absolutely brilliant product, I’ve have been wearing them everyday for the last year, they heat up the knee and increase blood circulation and hence reduce pain. I also use the elbow support to reduce golf elbow pain. I’m a keen sportsman and these products have allowed me to continue with my sports”‘Have just put on the newly arrived knee supports and just became aware of how much I had stretched the previous ones. I would therefore recommend renewing these supports once every 12 months dependant in use’

Good for all-day subtle support
Took a while to convince me, but yes this is a good item. Provides me subtle "all-day" support for chronic tennis elbow which has developed over time. Whilst I still use a tight strap for gym and DIY activities, this helps me remain pain-free during my work day - mostly spent in front of a keyboard in the office. So subtle all-over support rather than a tight strap. Comfortable to wear all day. No skin rashes.

WOW! A game changer ..
Fantastic, high quality product, that allows freedom of movement at the same time as enabling strengthened stability. I have long term ulna nerve damage, this is sometimes aggravated by over extension whilst playing badminton - which I love to do. I would find that playing more than twice a week - with or without a conventional Elbow Support - would bring on pain from shoulder to fingers. Having worn DrArthritis' Elbow Support Compression Sleeve for the last two weeks, I have been able to play every other day, with absolutely no pain or ache whatsoever - I haven't been able to do this for the last 5 years. I am over the moon with the results - Thank you

Good fit
Still early days to see if the longer term benefit is working. I bought this because of the cooper content and I had used similar for my knees before. This brand feels a lot thinner material but fits nicely and stays in position.

Coolest looking elbow compression I've seen
First of have to say they look really cool so at the gym they go with my skins when I'm not working out I wear them as under armor, but to note the company was kind enough to exchange my sizes down. If you want it tight for more compression always go with 1 size down to what your measurements are on their grid. They slide down my arm slightly because even though Its my correct size they don't have much compression, however this can be fixed by getting 1 size down to what your supposed to have. They expand quite well and look really cool plus have a warm effect to them when you wear it a while. While they aren't the best for pro weight lifters They excell in everything else like Tennis, Golf, Normal gym stuff to gymnastics, pushups, light to medium weights upto 100kg, burpee's , full body workouts. I'd say they are great overall can't fault them except the sizes per person. We each have different methods to use things like this. They are thin based compression, that seem to be durable as long as you hand wash them.Go with your size in the chart if you want to wear them all day without exercise or sport.Go with one size down to your size if you want to train with them for stronger compression. That's how I see it for my experience.

Next to useless
Totally impractical to work with this on and for those of us who are older it eats into the soft arm skin uncomfortably. The instructions show a particular way of putting it onto a right arm yet the way these show you wrapping it is definitely for a left arm! Having worked out how to do it for my right arm and asked my GP son if I've done it correctly I will can't wear it yet alone work in it. Back to the tubular bandage which is better and easier not to mention easily laundered

Great for support and comfort
I purchased the support as I have been sufferring from tennis elbow for over a year. The support definately improves my pain level and support, especially when I'm playing golf. I find the sizing a bit tight (L), however, I rather have this size to give me the extra support than the larger size.I would think that to improve the product it may be useful to have different maybe jazzy colours as lots of sports people prefer the jazzy look to the medical support look.

Immediate relief from tennis elbow
After being diagnosed with tennis elbow, my Doctor advised that I should look for a support on Amazon. There seems to be many that look like a cable tie with a slab of plastic attached, to the fashionable and almost flamboyant! I came across this elbow sleeve from Dr. Arthritis and was sceptical at first. I read the reviews and thought I would try it out. Glad I did! As soon as it arrived, I put it on... immediate relief! If I had to pick out a negative for the product, it would be that my arm size is right in between large and extra large... If you buy one and your measurement is the maximum in one size, try the larger size instead.
