Cauli Rice Original, 200g

Great for low carb eating to replace rice. After the 2min microwave chuck it in a frying pan and put an egg through it to make egg fried rice. Lovely.

Expensive but the wife loves them.

It's a good substitute although it has a very strong smell to it. Especially if store in lunch box til dinner time. Phew!!

Being on a keto eating plan, we were keen to find something to take the place of rice. After a little research, we found the cauliflower rice. It's super as long as you don't over-cook it. Takes the place of rice for curries and all the other things such as kedgeree (a family favourite). It's really good and, like rice, takes on the flavour of whatever dish you prepare. My only beef is the price, which is a bit steep for what it is.

Didn't know what to expect from this, but as a replacement for rice it was not good, not great taste, and just a lump of damp blandness, will not be purchasing again. On the plus side it was very low in carbs and calories, but would rather have taste something nice to look at.

Great replacement for rice. Has a smell to it but if you cover in your sauce you don’t notice it. Although a bit pricey, would Definitely get this again.

Heat for 2 mins in the microwave, then toss in a frying pan with olive oil, salt and pepper to dry it out a little. You’ll end up with something that closely resembles real rice which works perfectly for curries, etc.Straight from the microwave it’s a little wet and bland for my tastes.
