Only need the Happy 90th Birthday and candles for an elegant look. Cons: pink on side only. White on the back side.

Great cake topper
The material was slightly flimsy but good enough for the cake. They didn't stay on long anyway. The description make it look like one big topper but the candles, the stars and balloons. And the happy birthday are all separate so you can put them where you want them on the cake top
