Hello, please make sure to do the balance well(two axes needed) before powering on the gimbal. not balancing well will overload the motor and trigger the gimbal's overheat protection, so at last, the gimbal will shut down.

Q: Why is "UNLOCK" displayed on the OLED screen?

There are two locks on the M6 Kit Phone gimbal, one on the pan axis and the other on the roll axis. Before turning on the gimbal, please remember to unlock them.

Q: Can the Magnetic Hohem Fill Light Al Vision Sensor be used separately or with other devices?

No, there is no battery included, it needs to be connected to the iSteady M6 and work with the M6.

Q: Why does the OLED display "ERROR 01," "ERROR 02," or "ERROR 03" along with a beeping sound?

"01" indicates Firmware Error; "02" indicates Gyroscope Error. Return and reorder; "03" indicates Overload Anomalies. When the gimbal is not unlocked, not balanced, or when external interference causes motor overload, leading to abnormal operation.

Q: How to fix "Error 03"

Before power it on, please mount your phone on the gimbal, and unlock the two locks, then balance it well.
