Researched and thoroughly tested high and low, tried multiple others. This one is perfect in every way. Perfect size for fresh sourdough loaf. Beautiful design, and perfect airflow. Storing bread is an art and has a learning curve. It's a balance between resisting mold and resisting staleness, both opposing forces of nature.
