I love these ice rollers! I use them on my face, my neck and anywhere else I may have discomfort. I pop the rollers into the freezer ina zip lock bag and store the handle. Very easy to get the roller on and off. Great quality and stay cold for a good amount of time! Very effective and able to use for multiple issues. Also, VERY relaxing and enjoyable

I bought these to help with my migraines, and I love them :) - They stay cold for a very long time - The ice roller part is like those reuseable icecubes kind of? Mixed with set-in-place gel beads Idk how to explain it. But the plastic covering the roller is thick and sturdy, so I don't worry about leakage or breakage. - It's good for targeting certain areas of the face/body. I like to roll it on my neck and face, and gently rest it on my eyes. lol it fits perfectly when you rest it on your eye. - They're not too hard but not too soft, its very smooth and gentle on the skin. I think it's in a perfect middle ground. - The handles for the roller themselves feel a little cheap/like they would break easily. I've dropped one accidentally on my tile floor and it was fine, just the plastic of the handle feels a little flimsy.

I love these! I previously used an ice mold to ice my face but it was really inconvenient to do that and it was putting straight ice on my face which I’ve learned is not ideal. This thing is so easy! I just pop it in the freezer and in the morning after I wash my face I can get it out and roll it on my face. My toddler even likes to help me with it so it’s like getting my own icy face massage lol. It’s great for doing one handed while also holding a baby or tending to kids needs. It glides so smoothly and the surface area of the roller is perfect. I do wish it came with a storage bag for when it’s in the freezer, but other than that it’s incredible. I definitely recommend!!

It has come in very handy for self lymphatic drainage after mastectomy secondary lymphedema. So when I can't get to the therapist for a massage, I do one with these and it takes the swelling down to a good 50-60%. I am SO extremely grateful for any tool to help with the pain. I t also helps with migraines and heat. I really am thankful for these! I used jade rollers in the past and rise quartz. But they warm up quickly. These are not too cold. I was worried about that. They glide so fast across the surface it is just the right amount. I take them in my cooler to festivals and get togethers. I would literally be a spokesperson for them. A 5 star but the handle is a little cheap plastic (sorry to say) and ergonomically they could do better with the grip. So they wear down or break if you aren't careful. But the price reflects that.

When I go down with migraines I’m normally in a dark room, sun zero temperature on the air and ice packs around my head, face, neck along with meds. I’ve never found something that would stay cold long enough to help ease the pain in my face. These rollers stayed cold for several hours giving me plenty of time to use it and get relief. Sometimes being able to apply pressure with the cold makes a world of difference. Only reason it’s not a 5 is I wish it had something over the roller as when it first comes out of freezer it is way too cold it actually hurts a little going on bare skin.
