Great oil quality, good value for your money. Great for Oil pulling in the morning!

Mild taste, I like it with fish the most, but that's just my opinion. You can use it for everything, but I wouldn't recommend for cooking because it's too expensive for that and it's loosing some of the benefits.

I'm so happy that I could find cold-pressed Sesame oil. In the shops, I found only fried sesame oil.I used the same oil before in another country, and it was neutral without additional taste. This oil is a little bitter, I don’t know what this is connected with, it doesn’t bother me, but it surprises me.anyway, it's useful for my stomach and gut.Be healthy :)
