Would be a five star review but my own preference is for a more fatty biltong. Great quality otherwise and quite an authentic taste. Iwill be purchasing more in the future.

Lekker snack
Is really good biltong for an online delivery and not fresh over the counter. Definitely filled the SA longing for a familiar snack

Inedible.
Very inconsistent company. The 250g bag of fatty biltong I ordered was so good I ordered a 500g bag soon after. What a difference! Whereas the 250g was flavourful, well-textured and edged with fat, the 500g was swimming in grease with whole pieces of biltong just fat. It was slithery, tasteless and inedible. I felt sick after about 10 grams of it. I could eat no more. Quality shouldn't be a lottery. I'll try to find a company where every order can be counted on.

It's alright, not the best but not bad either
Oily but not wet. not much fat. The flavour is authentic though & the beef seems to be of good quality.
