Stellar gauge strings
Strings were way better than I expected. Been playing for 17 yrs and 7 strings exclusively for 7 yrs, and I never cared for GHS. But, after yrs of not finding a proper gauge set I was happy and comfortable wirh, these really blew me.

I love roundound strings
I love roundound strings, but I prefer DRs. These aren't bad though and they come in a 7 string set that I actually like. So this is what I use on my 7 string. They also don't die immediately under my fingers like EB strings do.

Good tone size for a 7 string
I found these to be a great size for tone on my 7 string. Heavy tone. Modern. However, they don't last last as long as I would like them too. 3 weeks, maybe, in a recording situation with heavy use. I would not use these in a band. I would use cryos/nitrogen dipped, and change strings before the show for the non cryo tone and some brightness. These are not bright but good steady, at least for the first couple of weeks.
