Eucerin was recommended to me by a dermatologist. It does a great job moisturizing really dry skin, especially overnight if you cover your hands with cotton gloves.

Great moisturizing lotion for difficult dry, chapped skin. It needs to be used generously and worked into the skin, which takes a bit of rubbing. But it is worth it.
