A few minutes ago my plumber fitted this tap. Fantastic. Really good quality, not too tall as my previous tap which splashed all over the sink. Now total control, jet or spray, easy to move and looks fantastic. The plumber was impressed with quality, I did not say how reasonably priced it was, but I do want to share the genuinely good value it is. It was fitted quickly and easily. Would strongly recommend

I had to get a plumber to do the work as removing the old tap (10 years in place) involved sawing the old tap away. Bear in mind if DIY is attempted. The tap itself works well as is very cool looking. Seems to be well made (in Germany)

Seems like a high quality item, great dual function spray and standard option, came with all the fittings required to fit, only downside not sure it has the same pressure as our old mixer tap! Handy that it can be moved around to easily! Not badly priced either

This item is an absolute bargain. Looking to replace a tap in our utility room I started looking online and found very similar item for £150+. However I needed the tap urgently and decided to check Amazon. I found this one and it was almost identical to the one online only much cheaper. It arrived the next day beautifully packed and looked and felt good quality. Our plumber arrived and couldn’t get over how good the price was. He said the item was quality and easy to fit. The tap is performing brilliantly after nearly a month of being installed. Easy to fit, use and clean. The spray options are all very easy to operate and work well for different tasks . I have two small dogs that I wash at home and it’s brilliant for that, very dirty pans also benefit from a good spray to remove debris before going in the dishwasher. Would thoroughly recommend.

The tap was installed by a professional plumber on 21st December. Everything was fine until 9th February when it started leaking from the top of the tap, as well as underneath. I had to pay for the plumber to come out again, he’s told us the tap is faulty. I’ve emailed the company and they haven’t replied.

I'm actually pleasantly surprised. I had a traditional Moen faucet that started leaking from the pull down hose. I did fix it as it is a very easy fix, but I bought this forious faucet as a backup. I decided to change the style for fun and install it anyway. Well... Really surprised of the quality. I think it looks great, feels sturdy and not cheap, so only time will tell how long it lasts. I contacted the company to confirm about their warranty and it's lifetime so technically it should last a long time. Overall once I removed the old faucet, the install itself took about 20 min. I had slight trouble removing and reinstalling the base washer/rubber ring/metal base but nothing difficult. Every product no matter how expensive has some sort of slight annoying things about them. TIP: to remove the washer/rubber ring/metal base with ease, ensure you remove the quick connect hose FIRST out of the way before proceeding. It is the most flexible hose, one it's out of the way it'll be easy to remove. Functionality: turns on smoothly, faucet turns side to side with no difficulty. The pull out hose goes in nicely into the holder. This faucet actually INCREASED the water flow/pressure. I really like it because it gets off the food off the plates faster, and also gets my hot and cold water temperature where I want it faster. Before I had to wait a long time until I would get my desired water temperature. The default water pattern is a stream. When you use the sprayer button to switch, if you leave it switched and turn off the water it'll automatically switch back to a stream. THIS is NORMAL in many models even in the popular brands. My Moen faucet used to do the exact same. Some may find it annoying, some may like it or be ok with it. I personally don't care. Lastly, this faucet has an actual pull out hose! Majority of models are just pull down without actually extending the water hosing. You are essential just stretching it. This one actually pulls out so you can extend it essentially anywhere in your sink! Overall: excellent. Time will tell how long it'll last. If I don't post any update to this review you can assume I still don't have any issues. However, I WILL post an update if anything happens. Pros: - easy install - looks great - better water flow (for me, comparing my old Moen Faucet) - pull out hose - lifetime warranty (contact then through Amazon, it's easy) Cons: - getting off the washer/metal base off the bottom during the install. Otherwise, it's a slight annoyance.

Beautiful, easy to install, I love it. I ordered chrome but received brushed stainless steel, was just going to keep it, but was missing some parts and they let me exchange, I love the chrome, so pretty, although the chrome was higher in cost, but well worth it. So pretty and works very nicely. Good water pressure. If your handle is not staying in holder just adjust your weight closer to the handle or sink top and it will stay nicely. Very easy to install, good directions, and just buy it!! Great deal for the price and quality of this faucet. I installed this on my own and you can too, very easy, getting the old faucet took longer than install and cleanup of this faucet. Did I say I love it? I do! :) On this product you can trust the good reviews, because it is a very nice faucet for an amazing price, Comes well packaged with service help numbers, a good seller too, I plan to remember this brand and seller name for future sink needs.
