I bought this just to offer an extra nesting spot in the laundry room where the dogs linger only to eat their meals. But I am so impressed with the quality that I will be buying more for them to sun themselves outside, and camping so they don't get dirty while hanging out with us. The large fits my 130 lb great dane. (But to be fare, she IS very skillful on compacting herself in the spirit of nesting). The canvas quality feels very heavy duty. The bolster is firmer than I anticipated, which is great so it doesn't smoosh down when she rests her heavy head on it. The netting surface has been VERY durable despite the "pre-laying twirling" that goes on. Incidental finding: My dane is medicated for incontinence but very rarely may leak in her sleep. The netting enables immediate evaporation of occasional dampness, which greatly minimizes odor problems. That said: Owners managing dog-incontinence may find this to be an excellent nesting solution. Urine-soiled dog beds don't allow the dog to continue sleeping dry. Personally speaking, I've discarded numerous, [ordinary] pet beds when discovering they've been soiled, as the size, shape, and fluff-polyfill cannot be laundered. My family are all dog owners. I've shared & recommended this item to the entire family. I revised my review to correct a few typos, and hopefully clarify myself. I'd like to now add that the bed continues to hold up great for the great danes. The bolster met its demise by a juvenile chihuahua who shall remain nameless. IMPORTANTLY though, I'd recommend sticking on thick felt furniture-leg pads to protect your floors. In all honesty, I see no defect in the design etc. It could simply be because my Dane is a heavy fat slob who lacks grace when plopping-over to nap.

My dog is quite small for a lab but i did end up getting the large size cot and it is quite big and takes up space but i am going to keep it. I wanted it to be quite large for my dog so she could spread out and not feel cramped. The actual cot is a mesh material but my dog prefers cushion so I went out and bought a mat and it was the perfect size and color to match the cot! I got mine at Ross. Just look for those crate pads that most places sell. I have had this cot for over a month and its just as good as new! If you have a dog like mine this bed will be great for the fur...I used to buy her fluffy, fleece beds but the fur would never come off even after washing. That’s why I bought this bed and it is elevated so i can vacuum/sweep under the bed easily. Also for the dog mat, i was looking everywhere for a material that was slick so fur could be taken off easily. So happy with this purchase, I highly recommend. Also, ever since i got her this bed, she uses it so much she doesn't jump on the couch anymore! The cot is so cute with the bolster because it looks like a miniature sofa!

This bed is perfect for our mastiff, though she only slept in it for 2 weeks before getting back into bed with us like the spoiled brat she is lol. We originally purchased the bed so she would stop hogging our entire bed, and it worked for 2 weeks until she wanted snuggles. It is really super easy to clean, and it took less than 2 minutes to assemble. Highly recommend this bed to anyone with a big pup who hogs their whole bed. The mesh bottom is super heavy duty, it's not going to get ripped easily, yet it's going to give your dog air circulation to keep them cool. I've caught my 2 year old jumping on it like a trampoline on a few occasions, so I know it can take a beating lol.

A good dog bed, our 65# pit bull loves it. He's always on it when were in that room. We paid extra for the cushion on three sides, but it is not attached well. It's held ok by one little piece of nylon webbing and a few stitches. Not even a bar tack. So in the first week one side was falling off. A few months in and it hasn't gotten any worse, but a heavy chewer or nervous dog could destroy it in short order.

My dog sheds more than your dog, I swear. I wish we could have kept this bed!!! It's perfect for a dog who sheds a ton. The material and raised bed makes hand vacuuming the bed itself and around/under the bed so easy. I am so over fabric beds!!! It was very high quality material. I can't comment on the durability since I had to return it but it seemed as though it would have lasted much longer than the pillow fabric type beds we've purchased a 100 times since the fabric gets so oily and grimy. The reason we had to return the bed was my white (yellow) lab is older and she was afraid of the hammock style. The bed is very tight, so it is very sturdy. There is zero real reason why my lab should have felt uncomfortable, other than she's an elderly diva stuck in her ways. Next dog I am introducing this type of bed when they're a puppy. I am sad to have to return this bed.

I cannot speak for durability yet but I attached a picture of my 13 year old golden retriever 30 minutes after assembly. She took right to it and was completely comfortable from the moment we showed it to her. Update. My old arthritic dog had no problem getting in and slept great in this bed twice. She was not able to easily get out and would no longer use it after that. I think the flexible fabric hammock did not feel secure enough for her to be comfortable getting out. I think in her younger years she would have been fine and not had a problem. Bed was perfect size for her 60 lb weight with plenty of room to change positions.

I ordered a K&H bed for my pup when she was just under a year old. Today she is 5, 90+ pounds, and still using the same bed. I’ve washed it countless times, and I only recently needed to replace the mat because although it was still usable, some of the fabric had inevitably started ripping after all these years under her weight. The new mat is even BETTER than the previous one, and I couldn't be more impressed with this company. Not only do I love K&H, but my dog does as well. She will throw a fit if I try to put her on a different bed, refusing to settle until I give this one back. The mat is super breathable and flexible and even on hot summer nights she’s able to get comfortable, which I can’t say for any other bed she’s had. She’s a large breed dog so it important to me that her joints are off the ground and she can stretch out as needed, and this bed hits every check mark. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to everyone I know!

Super comfy very well-built I have a chocolate lab. That is about a 125 lb, and he absolutely loves it. Easy to assemble and easy to keep clean. The only con I would say is the Canadian price. Only because it's winter And did not want to drive in some of the bad weather. We've been having. Is why I didn't order it on. Amazon.com and send it to my USA mailing address. I could have got it cheaper with the exchange and yes, even my gas going to pick it up and come home. So I don't think that's right. But other than that, it is a very well excellent dog bed. And I would recommend it to others.

I originally bought a $400 dog coach for my Shiba Inu in which he absolutely hated was looking for a bed. Was pretty enough would match my room decor and also be comfortable for my pup and I came across this! Amazing purchase! Inexpensive looks good and very stylish. My dog is only 35 lb however I purchase the large so then his gold fluffy bed to fit inside it comfortably and it works!. The bolster is a very nice addition! The bad reviews I noticed yall dogs is like 80 pounds in what work would you put an 80 pound dog on a thin mesh with plastic legs lol... If you have a small to medium size dog this is absolutely perfect. Wouldn't put a large dog on it though

First, I would like to say great job with the delivery! I ordered on April 5, was supposed to be delivered April 13, so imagine my surprise when a knock on the door on April 9 and there it was. Thank you for the awesome speed! Now, this bed took less than 5 minutes to set up, it is great quality and I have to say my dog doesn't was to leave it. It must be super comfy because my dog is 15 yrs. old with bad hips, she has no problem climbing onto or getting off of it and she sleeps so soundly, not getting up constantly to find a better position. I would absolutely recommend this product to everyone!

I was looking for raised dog bed for my dog who is snowdog and always looks for cold spot to sleep in the summer. It took little time for him to get used to going up on this bed but once he figured out, I can tell he find it comfortable. Plus, this has little bolster so it’s perfect for his neck. Easy to assemble and clean. I travel with it on our road trip and easily assembled in hotel room. Highly recommend!
