I thought this would be a great starter board for my 10yr old daughter who loves to go with me on the water. We took it out on the water and as soon as we got it out the lake we heard the air coming out and then the entire board popped. Thank goodness my daughter was not on the board in the water.We also bought another board and couldn't even take it on the water. As soon as we inflated it. The seam broke and air came out and deflated the board in minutes.Returned both and bought new boards from another company

My husband and I got two of these just in time for our 4th of July lake day. These are perfect and super easy to set up and put away. It comes with a backpack all the stuff fits in to. Super convenient & affordable- I highly recommend!!!!

I pumped it up and there’s a rip/tear in the material. There’s visible glue spots as well. I messaged the manufacturer and they sent me $50 for inconveniences. Saying it’s not going to effect the board. Then after one use the seams started to break and it leaked out all of the air. I emailed the manufacturer again and they’re now fighting with me saying that I need to buy glue and they’ll send me some money to do that. No. I want a new board. My kids use this board and I paid a lot of money for it and I requested they sent me a new one and they’re still telling me I need to glue it. The entire seam from one end to the other is off as you see in the pics… it’s now flat and I didn’t deflate the board at all. It’s defective and not safe!! I’m beyond angry and about to make a huge decision on what steps to take next because I shouldn’t have to fight for a safe product!

Had for one year and only used once but now there is a small leak from under the foam deck part and the front is starting to come apart. Really great pump though and easy to inflate. Quite small and unstable.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this board end of last summer and was able to use it once before this year and I used it once when I was taking it out for a 3rd time before it even got close to 8PSI the seam blew completely and the pump broke. I know the recommend PSI is no more then 15 I never got it to max to be careful of not over inflating it. I usually kept it at 10-12 PSI max. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. I have tried to return or get a refund for it but cannot get ahold of the manufacturer and Amazon will not let me return it. I spent a good bit of money on something I expected to last that didn't even make it through 3 uses. Do not buy this product.

My board is good and I love riding it on the lake but my fin broke the first time I used it now I don't know if it's 9 inch fin or is it smaller ? Can I put a bigger fin on it?

Purchased 2 for Kona HI trip. Even in the calmest coves and water, was unable to get up on board. I pit experienced people on it even then no go! Board to narrow and fen to small. One of 2 board busted at seam, one paddle loose, had to return. Good thing the hand pump is super strong and fast! And you can ride it like a horse in even strong waves. Able to see fish, so not a total loss.

We bought these boards for a road trip to Baja thinking they would be a lot of fun. The directions said to inflate the boards to 15 PSI. I inflated them to 13 PSI as it is quite a chore to pump these up manually. I noticed a slight bubble in the seem tape but ignored it. After nearing the end of a 45 minute paddle the nose exploded and the board lost all of its air. I had to swim the board and paddle to the beach about 100 yards. Note: This was our first go on this board since our purchase date.We just returned home and tried to place a claim but Amazon and the manufacture said they can't warranty the board because it has been past 30 days of the purchase. It is a good looking board for the price but you definitely get what you pay for here. Spend the extra money on a better quality board.
