Great product

I ordered this for Mother’s Day and an empty box arrived. No idea how it happened and I know that won’t happen to 99% of people but the customer service was fantastic in response. No messing about they sorted it out quickly and were so friendly and helpful and the item then arrived a day later. My mother is delighted with the quality of the products and the presentation was great! Would recommend the product and the company who were a pleasure to deal with!

The contents of the hamper were of a great standard, superb value for money, excellent quality and great taste

This was a gift for someone and i checked it all beforehand, it looks nice and the quality of the products were good as i was told but far too small in quantity to be value for the money, especially as this was an alcohol free hamper.!

Bought as a birthday gift and was very well received.

PRO - Dundee cake was dense and tasty and the jam was, well, jammy - as expected, hence the one star. CONS - Filmsy basket that can hardly hold the weight of the contents without buckling. Had better scones from Morrisons - not GIANT by any means either. Choccies where bland. Cookies where alright, but nothing I'd bother tracking down. Tea tasted like pizzle. Thanks for a sub-par mothersday present. You live and learn

The packing was good but the items had excessive sugar. They were too sweet for the taste
