Q: Does this yellow over time ?

This was recommended to me around a year ago so I am not able to say about 'yellowing' but, so far, it's looking good! Very pleased with this product as opposed to any others.

Q: Would thus work to secure metel drawer handles to wood particule biard drawers

I would say yes if the surfaces were well prepared but how long it would last might depend on the weight of the drawer etc. Good luck.
