My order arrived quickly with no problems. It was very easy to assemble. It is a sturdy piece of equipment that gives a great workout. I would highly recommend it. The seller reached out to me very quickly to see if I was satisfied with the order and whether or not I had any issues / questions. My only suggestion would be to offer a shorter set of bands so that you can do some seated bicep / tricep work. I've adjusted the bands to the shortest length, but there was still too much slack. It's not a big deal because you can easily do some work standing up, but it would be nice to have that option. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints.

I've purchased a few different bar and band kits like this recently and I'll tell you for free if you listen to me that this one right here is both the best and the cheapest (at time of my purchase).Fellas, heads up: buy the pink exercise equipment. It's cheaper most of the time and it's usually just as good. This one is actually better.I have extra bands on hand, but this kit comes with 150lbs. I'm not Superman and I mostly use this particular kit for squats and stretches, so 150lbs is completely adequate for me.The kit has all the accessories you'd expect to see for such things. The handles, stirrups, cuffs, door hook, etc.. Everything stitched strongly and ready to go to work for some time to come.I have another kit that is almost exactly like this one excepting the fact that it's very much dude coded. I mean that it's black and orange and looks pretty bro friendly. Thing is... lemme check my records... that kit cost $36 and actually had a few less accessories.Also, this kit has a better bag. Actually looks like it might possibly be useful. The bags with the other kits I put right in the whathefck pile under the kitchen sink with the weird coozy sleeve full of infinite plastic grocery bags. Those bags were not worth dealing with. They will probably still be exactly where I put them to and through the day I die. Useless, see?Anyway, good kit here. Useful. Versatile. Well appointed. Pink.Fellas, buy the pink stuff. :)

It was easy to put together and you feel it working your muscles. I would buy again. The only reason i gave it a 4 is that a video to go along with the equipment would have been nice.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent !!! Easy of assembly good quality ,size functionally , work out many variety and pilate bar training guide , i love !i am actually having some health issue , need to recover and tone my muscles urgently . This is perfect and very enjoyable. I recommend 💯 thankyou

Love this product! It’s very sturdy and provides a great workout when I cannot make it to the gym. Love the handle attachments and the door nub. Come with an exercise guide too. You can tell the seller cares about his product.

Comparing the Gaia Bar and this one I would choose the Gaia. The adjustable straps on this one are a pain to use. The left side had too much space between the strap and the bar so it slid around when using it causing asymmetric balance of the bar. I had to find a make shift spacer to insert in the gap. I like the thickness of the bar and it is comfortable to grip. The Gaia bar is thinner but the stretch chords are rolled easily around it with a flick of the wrist to adjust length when switching exercises. So much easier to use that way! I tried rolling the straps of this one to get around the awkwardness of adjusting with the clip and they wouldn’t roll evenly. This set has better hand and feet grips. As far as the additional grips, I Love the ankle strap and hand grip/stirrup. The door strap ended up at the hall closet door since it is the only door with space on each side so it can be used. The clasps on the bands are easy to configure with the grips and are sturdy. I purchased the longer bands to supplement this set and hooked them to a wall bracket so I can avoid the awkward adjustable straps on the bar.

This is a great product! It comes with everything you need for a full body workout. The bands actually add up to over 100lbs. It seems very sturdy and comes with a workout sheet. It is fully adjustable, I’m 5’6 and it works great for me!I have bought similar products in the past that never worked out for me, but this one is great!
