This isn’t leakproof, unless you pack it in a bag and it’s mostly always upright it will spill maybe a little, wouldn’t recommend for soups, it doesn’t keep your food either too hot too cold it eventually gets to almost room temp if you keep it for a while, I like how it comes with a separate container for sauces and stuff but I added sugar and stuff to it once and some fruit juices leaked inside of that small container, I like how there is a place to store utensils like the spoon in the lid but I wish they added chopsticks and a fork.
