Really strong ball.

Excellent, just what I need to build core strength after surgery.

This has been very useful and good quality. The one disappointment having somehow lost my foot pump (when we moved house I think), I cannot find a way to purchase one that fits. So be careful not to lose it and hope it doesn't break.

I'm sitting on this ball to write this review and I can already feel the benefits of sitting on a ball, using my core to help me balance and helping me to sit up straight. I look forward to using it at my desk. It's great that the pack includes everything you need, including a foot pump, spare stoppers, a stopper remover (very much appreciated!) and a nozzle to attach to the pump. It was fairly quick to blow up. I couldn't believe how much air fit in it. It looked full, but was still too small, so I tentatively kept pumping and now it's the correct size for me and the ball still feels strong, with no signs of bursting. I'm 5'8" with long legs and bought an XL, which I think was exactly the right size. I'd definitely recommend this.

Bought this for my dog, as he loves playing with footballs, I had been looking at the pet herding balls, they seemed over priced with bad reviews. What can I say so far it's been great, my dog is an 11 year old Boxer still very playful, he loves pulling the ball towards him with his front paws while walking backwards, although his stamina is not what it used to be, his exuberance for play is still strong, and this is holding up well, cannot say how well it would do for younger dogs but I think this would be well worth taking a punt on. If he does burst it its Cheap enough I don't mind getting him anther one. Currently 3 weeks in and he plays with it daily

A nice exercise ball. Blows up to size and holds the air. Unfortunately, it got too close to a small thorn on a rose in a flower display and the resulting puncture opened up a split from the top to the bottom of the ball rendering it a total write off. I should have expected to be able to patch a small hole in a ‘heavy duty’ ball so I am disappointed with my purchase! I am going with three stars because for the 15 minutes use we got from the ball, it was performing well. I am reminded by Trideer that the ball is 'Anti-Burst' not puncture proof. However, I expected more from an 'extra thick - heavy' duty ball than it to be defeated by a rose thorn. Perhaps my expectations are too high? JC
