Be careful opening these. The seal is a bit unusual and it sliced my thumb open badly. I appreciate a good seal, but the one part can be very sharp. Otherwise it seems to be a great product.

I understand this is just an amino acid that helps support glutathione levels. I, in particular have been taking it at night. And my dreams are so visceral. I can remember them so much more clearly and sharply. I can't speak to the science, but it is something else. Like, I've even let my wife try them before bed, and she tells me the same thing. It's just, when you want to remember your dreams, take these. This is less a supplement and more like an invention. I am surprised it's not advertised for this purpose also.
