Crown Mill Luxury Letter Writing Paper Stationery Set/Box - Cream

This is wonderful writing paper which gives an immediate impression of opulence. Not for all nibs, so I have read, so if you are unsure if your combination of ink and fountain pen will enjoy this paper I recommend finding the cheapest item in the range to test it out. Unless you know someone who could lend you a sheet, that is.I use a Montblanc 149 with an EF nib, as well as Cross Bailey standard medium nibs, and Franklin-Cristoph flex and music nibs. All using Montblanc's ink, and all write very well on this paper.Both the sheets themselves and the envelopes are so pleasurable to hold, it must be a memorable moment indeed to receive hand-written correspondence on this beautiful paper. Sadly I have not yet had the experience as I am the sender, not the recipient! One day...Cannot recommend it enough, and when you receive and open this surprisingly hefty set you will know exactly why you paid what you did for it.

I have read excellent and not so good reviews of this paper, which worried me.I love writing with a fountain pan, and am always looking for a good paper, one which takes ink well, and which does not let the ink bleed into the paper.This is an excellent paper, and the lined envelopes finish off a hand written letter so well.The paper is high quality, and the ink from my fountain pen did not feather at all as the image below shows.This is an excellent paper.

The product is fine, but to be honest I was expecting a better quality paper and envelope. Not the luxury product that I was expecting. Disappointed.

I just love Quality and this is QUALITY, pity I can't get a leather writing folder to compliment this

I was dubious about this item and whether or not it would be as good as the product description made it out to be and if it would be what I wanted. Luckily, my worrying was for nothing. The paper is wonderful and thick and the envelopes lined with tissue paper are fantastic! It was definitely worth the money. It is a great writing set!

What a waste of money! I got taken in by all the glowing reviews as I wanted something classic and special, but this is actually a complete waste of money for an extremely plain writing set. To make matters worse, my fountain pen ink occasionally bleeds upon contact with the paper and dries blotchily instead of crisply absorbing. It's ok and the paper is thick, but quite frankly, if you're happy to spend £30 on this then you've got a lot more money than sense as far as I'm concerned!

Really not very good quality .It is what it says on box .But not as good as Concord but 3 times the price .Bought as present for my wife so had to give it her so could not returnalso designed so you have to open the cellophane to find quality .which means you cannot return itbut would not purchase again
