I bought this on Amazon because the Swanson Vitamin Company was out of stock on it unfortunately. So hopefully I got the "real deal" as they say. It seems to help me RELAX during those stressful moments in life thankfully. It's nice to have a little extra something to help me get through the stress of day to day life....when I need it of course. If you can deal with stress without using it then that's great too! Either way, enjoy!

I used to take a valerian/hops/one-more-herb-I-can't-remember combo from Solaray that was pricey, but really did the trick when it came to relaxation. Then I realized I could take the components of that same pill separately, pay a lot less, and still get that sweet, sweet relaxation. Nature's Way is a fine company that gives you what you pay for and tries pretty hard not to rip you off. I think their products are decent, and the active properties you're looking for in the herbs are, well…active! They'll do what you expect them to. Well worth the price tag!
