Be patient when fitting!
Let's get to it...the product is great value, and as a promotional & marketing gift they are ideal.BUT PLEASE READ THIS: Each plastic case has an individual snap-in cover. When putting this in place after you have inserted your image/address etc. BE AWARE IT MUST BE PUSHED INTO PLACE WITH THE ANGLE/EDGE GREATER AT THE BOTTOM. (See #01)This ensures a "click" fit.(You will know if the fit is the wrong side because there will be movement.)Insert the ring end FIRST (See #02) and push it into place. then push to snap tight...IF THIS ISN'T WORKING use your thumb to "slide" the cover out of the recess and turn it around...try again.This may seem like a lot of hard work, but after the first couple, it becomes easy!I had about 3 out of 100 that were not "clicking" so expect a couple of "duds"!Good Luck! Majoritively good
These are good for value and worked well as an end of year present for my students. A few came jammed together which was a pain to undo and they aren't always easy to slot together this the 4 star. But for the value I can't fault it.

O.k but some did not fit
Some of the inserts are to big & when u force them in they crack - value for money but needed 90 for 3 classes

The metal parts are not strong enough!
These key chains are seriously let down by the sturdiness the rings are not the best they feel flimsy and the metal holding the ring and the plastic together is useless it bends so easy. My use is for 25 truck keys just to have the registration number on and in the last 3 weeks I have already replaced 10 that have been lost or broken. They are easy to use and the paper / picture stays in as it should but like I have said above the metal parts are the let down.

Good value for money
Only 3 missing from order but great value for money. It didn't state but was expecting to have see the inserts for the keyrings included.
