Maybe not for people with a low arch and medium with foot.

Im assuming people with narrow feet can wear these? but for anyone else the flaw is the plastic external heel cup wraps around to the mid foot! This actually jabs into my arch's! Went walking for 5-10 mins and decided barefoot was better.
