Is there a calibration file included like the one that came with my DEQX? Someone ripped off my mic and need to replace it .

A unique calibration file isn't included. There is a generic calibration curve printed on the box, and there are a few calibration files out on the web that were created using that curve, but these ECM8000s aren't uniquely calibrated. There is at least one company that will take your ECM8000 and calibrate it for you (and provide the calibration file), or you can buy one pre-calibrated (from 3rd parties).

Will the ecm8000 fit in a typical but non-adjustable diameter mic holder such as the end of a neewer nw-106 microphone stand?

I've used mine in several regular mic stands without a problem, so if that stand can hold an SM-57 or other standard microphone, it should work with this one.

Can we use this microphone with sound measurement equipment?

Yes & no, with Sonarworks, no, with ik multimedia arc system yes, but you still need to match the mic with the measurement software, specs

How flat is the response? Does it come with a frequency response graph?

The ECM 8000 is real good. When you buy one it comes with a response graph. I use mine all the time.
