I just purchased this mask a few days ago and have been pleasantly surprised by the results. As a computer programmer, I often suffer from fatigue and headaches due to long hours of work in front of the computer. The mask is fits comfortably well and has a soft silky feel. It can be used for both cold and hot compression, but personally I prefer cold. After using it for a few days I noticed a significant decrease in my stress and fatigue. I have a brain aneurysm and I get headaches a lot migraines a lot so I don’t know if this was the best thing for me. It might be better for someone else who just has headaches and migraines every now and then, but the size and durability is definitely the best. I love how you can keep it cool or warm it up.

I was fooled by the photos and thought this was a full cap (beanie style). Other than that, I'm sure it will work very well since I already had one in this same style. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Do yourself a favor and buy this miracle cap! I bought this for my husband who suffers from migraine headaches and it gave him instant relief. I then tried it on and was pleasantly surprised by how nice it feels on. It has nice pressure and you can literally fall asleep with it on. You can also invert it so that it covers your mouth/cheeks which, if you suffer from rosacea like i do, helps reduce the redness and calm skin irritation.
