Love the product, had it for a year. I need a visor replacement. If you can send me information on where I can get it replaced that would be great. I want to stick with the color I ordered originally. Great value for what they have. The Bluetooth gets you started but I upgraded to cardo down the road. Fits great and the material is very comfortable. Air flow is amazing. When it is fourth degrees make sure to shut the chin flow. Sound isolation is amazing. No need to ride with ear pluggers.

Purchased by my wife, reviewed by husband. That being said, the customer service was a level above that of Chic-fil-A for reference. That is not an exaggeration.The smoke visor does not come with a clear visor but they were able to send me a clear visor after reaching out. The response was swift and there was no issue with assisting me as the smoke visor is perfect for daylight by not so much night. Tinted visors do come with clear visors as a standard, not the smoke visor. Again, they were happy to still accommodate my need.The fit is true. Measure your head to be certain. I used measurements from my HJC cl-17 and my fit translated well. The helmet is warmer than my previous with more inconspicuous vents. The top vents are adjustable. The material is high quality making the helmet quieter. It also looks amazing! First time purchasing a helmet online. The service and product are making me feel as though this may be my one stop shop for anything I need to get for my ride. Thank you!

I have this for riding my electric Unicycle.The BT unit must be installed by purchaser which isn't difficult but does take some time.The helmet seems well made. There's good sound isolation when riding.There are vents in well placed locations but so far they seem to provide little to no ventilation.Wearing the helmet with glasses is tricky. There's no slot in the padding for the glasses ear pieces. It can take several tries to get the ear piece to slide in and be on the ear instead of sliding into the padding. Getting glasses to sit correctly once the ear pieces are seated on the ears can take some time as they are mashed into the side of your head and may not be level which messes with vision.

My favorite helmet purchase so far. Came with ski mask and Bluetooth headset. Definitely worth your money.

The Bluetooth speakers can’t be heard above 30mph. Air gets into face area pretty bad with the clear visor only. Whistling noise as well with clear visor. I rode with tinted visor today for the first as I’m making this post. And I rode with earbuds in due to the low Bluetooth speaker from previous rides so I really don’t know how loud the wind is. HOWEEVER, I do not feel it messing with contacts or on nose as I do the clear visor. Other than that. It matched my bike. It was a cheap helmet. It’s exactly what I expected and probably worse. And that’s okay lol

Great looking helment and loved how it matches my 2017 zx6r KRT edition very well. Unfortunately it runs a little big for a size M and I am unable to wear it.Submitted for a refund but the seller was willing to give it as a gift and fully refunded my money back. They would rather take a loss then for me to send it back and did everything they could to get me one to fit or even tried to get me a helmet liner that would make it fit but that didn't work out either but still extremely happy with their customer service. Probably one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not many companies out there that would take a loss for their customers. I am super happy with how they handle the situation. Will definitely be shopping with them again in the future. Hopefully they will be able to get this same helmet in a size S so I can get my hands on it again. Worse outcome would be that I try to make it work or just find a family or friend to give it to just as the seller was just a nice to just give it to me. I appreciate everything that the seller has done and nothing can compare to their generosity and customer service.
