Once you figure out that you need the Igloohome versus the Iglooworks application everything else is pretty easy. Again, DO NOT waste time trying to setup the Iglooworks application account unless you have a Iglooworks Enterprise account. Overall, I like it and already ordered another IglooHome product.

This is a well made lock box with lots of options for placing it on a property. If you run an Air BnB this is a great option because the Bluetooth keys and app allow you to see when the box is accessed and to instantly grand access when necessary. The box itself is well made and heavy duty. the "handle" is soft and won't scratch up your door or anywhere you hang it. Well made little key safe. Easy to put on your device and manage.

These are great window lockboxes for my Turo cars. It makes it easy to lock them up and provide an individualized code for each driver's trip. Now if I could just program it without being in the same room so that when a guest extends, I won't have problems! Other than that, they're a bit pricey, but perfect! Very sturdy!

I bought this product, New Smart Padlock 2 (SP2), and the WiFi Bridge Control (required). I love how their WiFi Bridge Control states that it works "Locks remotely Anywhere, Anytime." That statement is flat out false! They built their technology on Bluetooth instead of Wireless. Even their Bluetooth technology range is ridiculously short and unreliable. This significantly reduces the range on these devices. I waste over $500 buying this garbage and will not buy anymore igloohome products. At their current prices they should not require a WiFi bridge that has such poor connectivity. I would recommend not buying any products from this company.

I got this modern key lockbox because I have been using the typical manual lockbox with the buttons for several years to give access to contractors, cleaners, etc.This is definitely not a cheap device, neither in price, nor in quality. Upon opening the device I loved how heavy and solid it was. Additionally, it’s a beautiful piece of work.It is powered by 4 AAA batteries that are included which is nice. I’d the batteries were to run out you can jumpstart the unit by connect a power pack to the lockbox and unlocking it.Battery installation is kind of a pain since it requires the removal of four tiny screws with the included tiny screwdriver. The front screws are simple enough to remove, but the rear ones require some work and the lockbox itself gets in the way.It comes with two shackles - the hooks you use to hang it onto a handle; one for knobs and one for handled doors. Additionally, it comes with hooks inside the holding chamber for keys.Since it’s a smart/connected device you can download the app which is the one labeled ‘igloohome’, not ‘iglooworks’ as you’d expect considering the devices name. App set up was a breeze and it works excellent on my iPhone mini. You cananage access to various people using the app from anywhere.So far, this unit is worth its price tag and it is fairly simple to operate. Construction is solid and it’s a great looking device.If you are a contractor, real estate agent or anyone that needs a lockbox to manage access and need a modern solution, then this is an excellent investment. You won’t be disappointed.

This key box is great for realtors. The code box works well and it’s nice to have the ability to use this over and over on all your listings.
