Product is good but service provided by them is not I’ve been reaching out to them for last 1 week to claim my warranty, they responded saying it’ll take 48 hrs now a week has passed, they aren’t even picking calls….. worst service waste of money I’ll suggest buy from trusted brands only who have good service network.

Made peanut butter using this mixer and it came out really well. I really like that it's powerful and blends frozen fruits and icecubes very well. The best part is that I don't have to wait for the veggies to cool down before blending into soup as it handles heat well. It's compact and the small jar fits inside the bigger one easily so saves space too.

I purchase this product almost a year ago .. It was working fine rather amazing product but with time the blades stopped working I mean they could not bear the pressure and below some tiny little balls of metal started coming out. Infact very soon it caught RUST ..

Got a defective piece. From multiple places the outside body is opened up. Even the panel is not closed & the jar looks scratched & used. Seems like a used or a repaired product. Very disappointing!! Why can’t you check the product before shipping ??
