This is an great product. After a few days of using this in combination with Turmeric, I immediately noticed the difference in the reduction in pain levels in your body. I have had a tear on a herniated disc and this has been painful for over a year now. Without these capsules the pain is intense and their is much more visible inflammation. On occasions (if I forget for a night or two) when I stop taking these capsules the pain comes back. I have noticed a fantastic combination that works for me additional to this and I take it first thing in the morning: > SimplySupplements Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM - this is a great natural painkiller and reduces inflammation (MSM is the painkiller), > Megafood Turmeric Strength for Whole body - it is more powerful than the above Simply supplements but both do very different things. That said, I am only pain-free when I combine the two. > MorEPA Platinum Highest Omega 3 with Vitamin D 1100mg (alternate days with the below vitamins) - this helps with the healing process, not effective on pain and inflammation > Vitabiotics Osteocare Original - when I take these as well, I'm pretty much pain-free the whole day (but I can't take with MorEPA due to the high-levels of vitamin D in both so I alternate this). Again, this is supposed to be for healing but something in this helps with the pain and inflammation (but it is very slight and is not noticeable with acute pain) I would wholeheartedly recommend the above combination as I have tried everything (loads of vitamins and natural painkillers over the last year, nothing worked and I was determined to come off the strong codeine painkillers the GP prescribed to me. It literally has changed my life. By the way, I have not been paid or given any discounts for my review, this an independent customer review after a year's worth of trial and error!

This was recommended to me by my chiropractor about 8 years ago, I have taken it every day and feel the benefit of doing so.

I was having minor but significant knee pain when running (to the point I was having to stop and walk) and was concerned that I might have to scale back or stop altogether. Taking these tablets combined with cod liver oil every day had a dramatic effect. Having taken them for a week and running with a solid knee support, the pain stopped altogether and after a few weeks of this I was able to run without constantly worrying about when I was going to feel the next twinge. I still use these in conjunction with a knee support and cod liver oil and I've not had any significant pain since. Highly recommend this.

Good price for this product. Bought to replace an inflammatory tablet prescribed by my doctor for back and joint pain's. Not on long enough to know if they will do. Taking 3 per day.

I have been putting off starting running again, at the age of 50, as the last time I tried I had terrible hip pain. I started taking these about 2-3 weeks ago, and started running at the same time. The 1st run was painful in my hips, but now, nothing. These have really helped me to get back out there and be active! Highly recommend....

I do a lot of exercise in the form of both circuit training and weightlifting and have, over the past year or so, experienced knee pain while running and squatting. I have osteoarthritis in one hip and my husband too. Worth a try we thought Others had recommended and these were the eat all round deal Large tablets and hard to swallow. But they do break in two and I dissolve my husbands in water. As he’s a wimp with tablets. I am swallow mine whole and dry but I think I am an exception. I won’t know how much they are helpin but I have noticed my hair has got thicker
