Comes in sturdy package, easy to put together, looks and operates great. Got the Walker put together and it is the Mercedes Benz of walkers. I am very happy and excited about it, I'm thrilled and it easily fits in my vehicle. I could lift it easily enough but really had a hassle getting it in the trunk. My car is mid-sized and has a fairly good sized trunk. No hassle, it is so compact there's no hassle. Not only is it very sturdily built, it is easy to maneuver and safe. I highly recommend it. It took me less than 4 minutes to assemble. Perfect choice for maneuverability, sturdiness, and size. It fits easily through doorways yet still gives me support if I lose my balance or catch my toe. I've recommended it to all my friends.

Seem to be very well built, but I returned it because it didn’t fit in the trunk of my car and that was the reason for buying it to have something in the trunk of my car

For a walker that can handle 500 lbs you'd think it was designed for large people. It's not. Unfortunately, few, if any manufactures mention a measurement across the handlebars. Seat size (17x9") is spelled out proudly but not the distance across the upright handlebars where your hips are! Larger people need more space & the product measurements implied there's room.As for the unpacking & assembling, I thought was great. It rolled much better than my old walker, brakes worked very well.

My 76 year old grandmother fell while using this. The lock mechanism doesn’t engage all the way. She fell and is now in additional pain from using this roller. Also, the seat is too small and it slides back. The seat not staying in place is why I believe she was able to fall so easily.

The unit overall looks decently manufactured (fit/finish/welding/hardware) and assembles quite nicely out of the box. The issue is the packaging/shipping of unit. This one arrived with the same broken pieces pictured in the "Little Duzzled" review along with minor scuffing/friction blemishes. Return with "Prime" is a walk in the park other than a 50-mile round trip to town. As a "Certified House Elf" I have purchased, assembled and tested many mobility aides for my aging family members and this one seems good but needs to be a little wider for big booty people (just an observation here on my part cause Mama be fluffy) The replacement unit arrived with only a front wheel pivot cover broken and cosmetic shipping abrasions so this one is a keeper. Once these people get the packaging dialed in this is a 5-starr unit! Be well and try to age as gracefully as possible, love to my peeps, DB

My parents are in their 80's. When they go to the grocery store, the riding carts are usually all gone for some reason.This went together pretty quickly. The handlebars are easily adjusted up or down, so my mom and dad can both adjust it easily for their height.Leaning on this while going through the large grocery store, and being able to sit down to take a break, has been a lifesaver for them. It's a bit of a tight fit for my dad who is bigger, but he can manage. It's also not too heavy or bulky for them to get out of their truck on their own.The wheels are big and easily maneuvered.Glad we got this. It's really been helpful.
